David set up Financial Synergy Limited in 2002 and has over 12 years of experience in the Insurance Premium Funding market giving him a great depth of knowledge of the industry. He personally ensures all areas of the business are functioning to an exceptionally high standard to supply the best possible service available.

Cara joined the team at Financial Synergy in 2005 and has a strong background in marketing and training working for companies both in New Zealand and London. Cara is responsible for a wide range of functions within Financial Synergy, such as broker support, training, strategic direction, advertising, promotion and IT developments.

Shivani joined Financial Synergy in 2010 after completing her degree in Commerce at the University of Auckland. Shivani manages the daily loan processing including loan approval, settlements and banking. Shivani is dedicated to exceptional service and customer support.

Warren has been working with Financial Synergy since 2005 when he joined as a specialist strategic consultant. He has a wealth of experience gained in Sales and Marketing roles for a large number of multinational companies. Warren’s role is to contribute to the strategic direction of Financial Synergy and develop new business opportunities.
